How do I make a purchase?

PURCHASING FROM WWW.IBIZAMAURITIUS.MU IS SIMPLE:

  1. Browse through our website until you find the perfect shoe.
  2. Once you have found the right product, select your size, colour and quantity and use the “add to cart" button underneath
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the “shopping bag" icon at the top right of the page
  4. Click on “checkout" to proceed, add shipping and payment details to complete your order
  5. If you already have a Ibiza account, you can log-in and checkout faster using saved shipping and payment detail

Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears and apply. Promo codes can’t be cumulated with other promotions and will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as we can. During holidays, shipping times can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out

How can I track my order?

Refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact our customer service so we can help you

Do you offer free shipping?

Of course we do! We offer free shipping through standard Mauritius Post in Mauritius only.

Does Ibiza ship internationally?

Unfortunately for the time being, we only ship to Mauritius and Rodrigues.

Where are IBIZA shoes manufactured?

Most of the brands that we sell on www.ibizamauritius.mu are manufactured in Brazil. Except for the fitflop brand which is manufactured in Asian countries. 

What do I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in perfect shape! For purchases made on Ibizamauritius.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures and your order number and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.
